ATOSS COMPANY PROFILE In July of 1989, Atoss Corporation (now known as Atoss International) was established to produce contents of intellectual property rights and music education videos. In February of 1997 Atoss was accredited by the Japanese Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications as a trusted broadcaster.In September of that year Music Air (ch. 271) began broadcasting on PerfecTV!
